Sian is a highly experienced service and relationship leader with a strong background across enterprise, government, and infrastructure environments.

As a Strategic Bid Advisor, Sian leads the client relationship for each engagement, working closely with organisations to understand their goals, priorities, and what success looks like for their tender. She acts as the central point of coordination between the client and our service delivery team, ensuring the bid process runs smoothly, communication remains clear, and every stage of delivery stays aligned with the overall strategy.

Alongside relationship leadership, Sian brings valuable bid management experience, providing practical advice on bid strategy, positioning, and stakeholder coordination. Her ability to translate complex priorities into clear actions helps clients stay focused on what will strengthen their submission and maximise their chances of success.

Before joining Kiwi Bid Support, Sian held senior client and delivery roles at Spark New Zealand, Kāinga Ora, Vodafone New Zealand, and Vector Limited. In these roles she partnered with senior leaders across regulated and high-stakes environments, balancing commercial outcomes with strong governance, performance management, and trusted communication.

Sian prides herself on ensuring clients feel confident, informed, and fully supported - not just at submission time, but throughout the entire engagement.
