"I love uncovering what makes an organisation unique and bringing that story to life in a proposal that genuinely reflects who they are."

Elizabeth has built her career helping organisations communicate clearly, confidently and effectively. With a natural curiosity about people and their stories, bid writing is a natural extension of her communications experience.
She enjoys getting to know each client’s business, working closely with subject matter experts and uncovering the insights, evidence and experience that make an organisation unique. Elizabeth is skilled at turning complex and technical information into clear, engaging content that is easy for evaluators to understand.
Before moving into bid writing, Elizabeth worked in communications roles across several major New Zealand public sector organisations, including NZ Transport Agency, New Zealand Police, the Department of Corrections, the Ministry of Education, the New Zealand Defence Force and New Zealand Parliament.
This experience has given her a strong understanding of how government agencies operate, communicate and engage with diverse stakeholders. It also enables her to quickly navigate complex organisations, ask the right questions and present information in a structured, credible and audience-focused way.
Elizabeth has recently contributed to bids across local government, infrastructure, facilities management and defence. She enjoys the variety of each engagement and the opportunity to help clients communicate their strengths with clarity, confidence and authenticity.
