FAQs
Do you offer fixed pricing or hourly rates?
We often work on a Fixed fee basis to give our clients certainty on how much they will invest in us. However, on occasion, we are able to provide a fee estimate and work on an hourly rate basis should this be your preference.
What’s included in the price?
Our pricing typically includes everything required to deliver on the non-price attributes. This includes: planning, writing, editing, project management, design and submission assistance. Support on the price attributes can be organised for an additional fee.
Can I get a quote before committing?
Absolutely. We offer free consultations and no-obligation quotes so you can understand the investment involved before making a decision.
What happens if the tender gets cancelled or postponed?
We understand the tendering process can change. If a project is cancelled or delayed, we’ll work with you to adjust timelines or fees fairly.
Do you guarantee a win?
While we can’t guarantee a win (and no one can), we do have a strong success rate of over 80%. Our focus is on giving you the best possible chance by submitting high-quality, evaluator-focused bids.
What payment terms do you offer?
We typically invoice on completion of the tender or on agreed milestones for larger projects. Payment terms are 15 days from invoice unless otherwise agreed.
Can you work within our budget?
In most cases, yes. Let us know your budget during the initial consultation, and we’ll do our best to tailor a solution that fits.
