Do Bucket of Hours expire?

The hours you purchase remain available for 12 months. When you top up your Bucket of Hours, the expiry date resets to 12 months for your entire balance.

What is Fixed Fee Pricing?

Fixed Fee Pricing means the price is agreed before the project begins, giving you cost certainty and a clearly defined scope of work.

Do you offer fixed pricing or hourly rates?

Yes. Depending on your project, we can work on a Fixed Fee, Hourly Rate or Bucket of Hours basis. We'll recommend the option that best suits your needs.

What's included in the price?

Our pricing generally includes everything required to deliver the non-price aspects of your tender, including planning, writing, editing, project management, design and submission support. Assistance with pricing schedules can also be arranged if required.

Can I get a quote before committing?

What happens if the tender is cancelled or postponed?

Tender opportunities sometimes change. If your project is delayed or cancelled, we'll work with you to adjust the project and fees fairly.

Do you guarantee a win?

What payment terms do you offer?

We generally invoice on completion for smaller projects or at agreed milestones for larger projects. Standard payment terms are 15 days unless otherwise agreed.
