As your Client Success Manager, Sian along with Piers is your point of contact throughout your engagement with Kiwi Bid Support. She works alongside you and the consultancy team to understand what success looks like for your organisation and to ensure every stage of delivery is clear, aligned, and well supported. Sian brings structure and calm to complex projects, translating priorities into practical action and making sure nothing falls through the gaps.
Before joining Kiwi Bid Support, Sian held senior client and delivery roles at Spark New Zealand, Kāinga Ora, Vodafone New Zealand, and Vector Limited. She has partnered with senior leaders across regulated and high-stakes environments, balancing commercial outcomes with strong governance, performance management, and trusted communication.
