Genna-Marie (Genna) has spent the last decade building her career in bid and proposal management across New Zealand and Australia, working on everything from $5M civil projects to billion-dollar national maintenance programmes. Starting out in administration roles where she quickly found herself drawn into tendering, Genna discovered that she had a knack for bringing order to the chaos of deadlines, compliance, and content wrangling.
Over the years Genna has worked with Tier 1 contractors, industrial service providers, and local government, which gave her a broad understanding of how different sectors approach procurement. Along the way Genna has built scalable bid systems, developed content libraries, and led teams through some of the highest-stakes tenders in the industry.
What’s kept Genna here is the mix of strategy and storytelling She enjoys aligning people and processes under pressure, and gets real satisfaction from turning complex technical input into clear, compelling submissions that help clients win the work that is important to them.
