Joseph has extensive experience in government contracting, government procurement, tendering, and supplier management.
His track record includes delivering value-for-money outcomes, navigating complex procurement processes, and building strong relationships with key government agencies, including the New Zealand Defence Force (NZDF), Department of Corrections, Ministry for Primary Industries (MPI), and Crown Agencies such as Hutt Valley District Health Board.
Joseph is skilled in managing high-value contracts, improving procurement efficiency, and ensuring compliance with government regulations and policies.
More recently, Joseph has developed his expertise in ICT procurement, with experience supporting the Department of Internal Affairs' TaaS, IaaS, DaaS, SaaS and Digital Marketplace initiatives and projects.
