“A winning bid starts long before the proposal is written. It's about really understanding the customer, finding what makes a business special, and bringing the right people, ideas and strategy together to create something compelling. I love connecting the dots, challenging conventional thinking and turning opportunities into results.”

Shelley brings nearly three decades of international leadership experience spanning major bid development, commercial strategy, customer relationships and business transformation.
Her career includes senior global leadership roles with a world leader in food and beverage processing and packaging solutions, working across diverse international markets and cultures. Whether strengthening sales processes, shaping business strategies or developing compelling customer and investor propositions, she enjoys helping businesses present their capabilities and potential in the best possible light.
As a Key Client Partner at Kiwi Bid Support, Shelley combines her strategic and commercial experience with a warm, collaborative and refreshingly down-to-earth approach. She believes great partnerships are built on trust, genuine curiosity, open communication and occasionally being brave enough to challenge the status quo.
After many years working internationally, Shelley now calls the beautiful Coromandel Peninsula home, where she continues to pursue her love of business, creative thinking and problem-solving - preferably with a little fun along the way.
